Mr. Ssengendo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both from Makerere University, a Diploma in Insurance (DIU) from the Insurance Training College of Uganda. He also holds Regional Certifications in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Insurance Proficiency and Agricultural Insurance.

He is well versed in Strategy, Risk and Governance.

He is also an approved Associate and Senior Lecturer of the Insurance Training College.

Christopher has over 14 Years of experience in the Financial Services Sector (Insurance and Banking) specializing in Life, General, Medical, Agriculture Insurance & Microinsurance, Bancassurance, Sales & Business Development and Customer Relationship Management.

He Worked with AIG Uganda Ltd, UAP Old Mutual Life Assurance (U) Ltd, MUA Uganda Ltd, and I&M Bank Uganda Ltd.

He was also the First Chairman of the Bancassurance Technical Committee (BTC) of the Uganda Bankers Association (UBA).

He serves on the Board of IBAU as the Head of the Public Relations Committee

Christopher is currently the Managing Director and CEO of SPADES Insurance Brokers Limited.
